I'm sort of wondering what I can write today. But one thing I know is that I need to write, not anyone else. Let's think about a topic. Today was connect day, so I need to write something within that. So let me think about what I can write, I need to write about maybe decision making and quickly making decisions. Or maybe I need to write about leadership, or I need to stop taking in a lot of coffee. Maybe let's think about addictions. Think about other topics, resilience. Leisure. But I feel leadership is an important topic and let's write about leadership and decision making together. So, we want to know where we are going with this? I think I really need to step up and help the team move along a certain path. But for that the destination needs to be known. So, let's talk about leadership.
In simple terms to me leadership means just go ahead, have a vision and follow that path. I think that's leadership. Well, that's leadership to me. Leadership meanwhile is also to provide some clarity over where the ship is heading towards. If we don't have masculine direction we can't really go anywhere. So, let's talk about this particular path. Why is leadership important? Today, without great leaders there wouldn't be anything. Think of it as a ship, if you don't know the direction of the ship, how do the passengers know where they are going. What if the captain of the ship is incompetent and does not know the direction of the ship. I can understand the difficulties in this, but let's have a map and a plan together. Without that we won't really enjoy anything. That's what leadership is. Even in personal life we need to be better leaders. We need to know where we are heading towards and enjoy that ride. Without all of that masculine leadership, there's no way that we can provide any stability to the course. So that's what we need to do out here. That's what leadership is.

Real leadership is leaders recognizing that they serve the people that they lead. I feel this is important as well. Leadership does mean serving the people they are leading. In fact it means more than that. It means that you are providing guidance and direction towards where you are heading in life. Even if that's false, even if that's not right. Leadership is not just about avoiding conflicts its about handling conflicts. Leadership does not mean we run away when we hit the storm, but we face the storm. Leadership is still about providing direction. Although the question is how are we providing that value, how do we serve the people that we lead. We can map out every detail on where we are going, when we are going and how we are going to reach there. That's planning. Now when it comes to serving, if someone is having a problem we can guide them. If someone needs help, we can help them. If someone needs to hear kind words we can say that. If someone needs confidence we can give that. But that's what serving in my terms mean.
Leadership is inspiring, empowering, and serving in order to elevate others. Let's see this. Leadership is inspiring, empowering and serving. So first of all, it's inspiring. Which means that leaders inspire the world. For an example, Elon Musk inspires people with his intelligence. Empowering means that leaders empower others to do the best. Serving means that leaders are willing to serve the world with their services. Whether the service is writing, giving information or even just being present when needed. I think leadership is all about elevating others and the world. Now, the next idea is what are we going to do with this. Where do we practically apply leadership that's what we want to know?
1. Relationships: If you are the man in the relationship, you got to practically move the relationship forward with the next steps. I don't care how much fear you have, but you have got to do that. Moreover, what's more important is that you listen and understand what's being said. Whenever there's a conflict a true leader does not blame others, they communicate, take accountability and heal. Empowering in relationships means that you empower the woman in your life to just do what she wants and empower her with the right set of resources and guidance. Serving in relationships means helping others, showing up consistently and being emotionally available.
2. Career: Even in your career, you got to step up when you have a difficult task and take things from there. We need to map out each and every career move. Have ownership at your work. That's a leadership. Have accountability in your work. Empowering others would mean sharing credit, knowledge and resources to your team mates. Serving would mean helping others out and showing up to your team members. All of these are things that you can do in your career to be empowering.
3. Health and fitness: First of all be a role model when it comes to health and fitness, go to the gym daily. Irrespective of anything. Next, is make sure that you are inspiring the world by just showing up with a gym body. Empower others to do the same. Give them gym membership. Serve others by sharing your knowledge and whatever it is that you have learnt.
4. Personal life: Be present where you are. No matter what happens in your life. I think it's important that you be there wherever you're. Live a planned personal life. This way you will be able to first of complete all your tasks on time and then go to the gym. Eat clean and moreover empower the world to do the same. But lead in every area of your life.
So overall, I would say leadership is a part of your lifestyle. It should not be something that you do once a day or so. But do it every day. Every moment of the day and in every area of life. Just be inspiring, empowering and serving in order to elevate others. So go ahead and lead in every area of life.
