Trust the Pause, Embrace the Storm

I am not super sure on what's the topic for today. But live your life one day at a time. We are here right now in the present moment. Anyways, so we're going to talk about something important. Maybe there's something in my mind that I need to talk about. I feel like we need to think about pausing. Why is pausing really important? It's basically our ability to rethink and strategize back again. The more you pause the better. The less you think about the outcome the better. I feel it's an important part of life, that you pause and rethink stuff. It's not wrong, it's essential in life.

Taking time to do nothing often brings everything into perspective. A lot of us times we are rushing through lives, especially because of our mobile phones we feel the need to do everything at once. However, doing everything at once does not help. We need to slow things down. Don't haste everything. Pause, rethink and move in a direction through logic and not through emotions. I love this idea. The more we think about this, the better. We all have this habit of doing something quickly. However, I urge that we take some more time to think about this.

Trust the wait. Embrace the uncertainty. Enjoy the beauty of becoming. Have faith that the timing of your life is unfolding exactly as it should. Even when things feel delayed or directionless, trust that this pause has purpose. Growth often happens in the stillness, in the moments between what was and what will be.

Let go of the need to control every outcome. Life is not a puzzle to be solved but a mystery to be lived. In uncertainty, we discover resilience, creativity, and the freedom to evolve. The unknown is not a void, it’s a space of endless potential.

You are not finished. You are a work in progress, gracefully taking shape with every step, stumble, and triumph. There is beauty in your evolution, in the way you learn, adapt, and transform. Becoming is not a destination but a journey worthy of wonder.

Don't wait for things to get easier, simpler, better. Life will always be complicated. Look for small opportunities for happiness in the moment you are in right now. Otherwise, you might run out of time. We can't often choose our circumstances but we can better control our reactions and emotions. Choose small moments of joy. What this means is that often times in life we wait for things to get easier, simpler and even better. However, life never gets better and we keep postponing our happiness. We keep waiting for something to get better and us being happier. However, life does not work like that. Happiness will always be found in the now, because now is wow. Now is how. Now is the real cow. Sorry was just rhyming. But well what the other part of the story says is that we don't have the power over our circumstances but we do have a lot of power over how we can react to them. Something feels bad, its okay. Something feels good, that's okay too. Something does not work the way we intended, that's alright too. However, what's more important is that we keep doing what needs to be done. We keep getting better. We keep playing the games well. We just control what we got to control. We just do what we need to do. Otherwise life will never be better. We might run out of time too. So be happy now. There's no postponing happiness. Be happy first and then you'll naturally get more happiness in life. Have a sense of humor in life, if something does not work well. Create a great life. Not a sad life. Take things lightly. Remember everything there is, is insignificant. Everything there will be is insignificant as well. So go ahead and do things that you enjoy doing.

A smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. Wow. So good. A lot of times people have a very easy life. However, more the challenges the better. In fact people who have faced great difficulties and challenges do have more depth. They listen more intently and with curiosity. They understand certain difficulties because they relate to it. Imagine there's a sailor who's just sailed in calm waters when things are easy. He or she will only learn the basics of sailing. However, the person who sails the ship during storms that's when you learn how to deal with storms. So if you never deal with the storms you will never know how to deal with the storms as well. So go ahead and start living what you ought to live. Go ahead and make a life for yourself. Because a smooth sea never made a skilled sailor. For example, if the code is tough only then you become a good coder. For example, playing difficult bowlers more often makes you a better batsman. But just like a sailor doesn't learn to navigate by drifting on still waters, we don’t grow by staying in comfort. We grow when we’re tested. We evolve when we’re pushed beyond what we thought were our limits.
