I truly think that it's important to write today. I'm going to write on stress management and how to control yourself well. So here are the things we should be knowing, one of the best ways to reduce stress is to accept the things that you cannot control. I'm pretty sure that a lot of times we try to control things that cannot be controlled. You can't control the weather but you can carry an umbrella they say. So why not just do that? There are certain things in life that no matter what happens, you simply cannot control. You cannot control how to deal with them at all. So better just live your life the way you want to live and don't try and control situations. Somethings will slip away and somethings won't. So better be who you are and control what you can.
