Play More, Judge Less

Okay so let's go, let's talk about huberman quotes now. Let's go now.  What you focus on, grows. Such an interesting concept. If you focus on wealth, then that grows. If you focus on the good things in life that grows too. If you focus on anything positive and good. Then that definitely grows.  “What you focus on, grows.” It sounds so simple, almost too obvious — but the truth behind it is incredibly powerful. Our mind is like fertile soil, and whatever we plant in it through our thoughts, intentions, and focus will eventually take root and grow. Whether it's wealth, health, love, or personal growth — the more attention you give to something, the more it starts to shape your reality. Think about it. When you focus on the positive aspects of life, moments of joy, small wins, opportunities, acts of kindness, you begin to see more of them around you. Your awareness expands in that direction, your energy aligns with it, and you naturally start attracting more of what you’r...

Building, Focus, and the Beginner’s Mind: What I’m Learning from Sam Altman

Image
So let's do a character post now. I have written about so many people, but one of the most important people I wanted to write about is Sam Altman. Although, living he is one of the best people that I want to talk about. Now, let's talk about him a little bit and see where we can take the conversation.  In general, it's best if you're building something that you yourself need. I love this quote because first of all he is talking about building something that you yourself need. If you need a home, build a home. If you need a particular thing, you build that. If you need a chair, you build that chair. No need to worry too much about all the other things in the world. Just do what's needed. If you have a problem about something else build that something else. What Sam's saying is that let's say you do not have a door in your house, what do you do? You build that door so that you can use it and later on you can give it to people around. Now that's what build...

Rethinking Success: Lessons from Rich Dad, Poor Dad and the Real World

Image
Although, I want to truly understand the person that I am. I am going to summarise the book rich dad, poor dad. I love reading these types of books. Now I am thinking in terms of Rich Dad and Poor Dad. So rich dad poor dad, what I will be doing is instead of just writing stuff. I will be going over quotes from Rich Dad, Poor Dad and expanding on those as that's easier. I'm absolutely in love with the quotes this guy Robert has. Although he might have had some issues over what he did. His book Rich Dad, poor dad is a brilliant book every youngster should read. So let's go over what needs to be read when it comes to Rich Dad, Poor Dad. Okay, so here we go:  Winners are not afraid of losing, but losers are. Failure is part of process of success. People who avoid failure also avoid success. I love this quote from Robert. Winners are not afraid of losing. Let's focus on this line first. When you are a winner, you are not afraid whether you will lose something or not. He say...

Being Here: A Guide to the Present Moment

Image
I want to go ahead and write certain things today. I feel I am not feeling too much in the present. When I don't feel present in the moment, I can't act well in my life. So it's important to feel present in the moment. So go ahead and make sure you are in the moment completely. So today I am going to write about how to be in the moment completely. It's not too difficult after all. I truly enjoy being in the present moment. First of all why is it so important to be in the present moment?  I think when you are in the moment, you forget about everything and literally everything. The more you stay in the moment the better. For an example, all your stresses will go away if you are in the present moment. All your need for external validation will go away if you are in the present moment. So go ahead and live in the present moment.  The moment is not found by seeking it, but by ceasing to escape from it. I like this quote a lot. When we cease to escape from the moment, that...
