It's becoming extremely hard for me these days to control my impulse. While I have been good for the most part, there are moments of slip ups that I am having. For an example, yesterday and day before yesterday I was throwing into watching porn for relaxing my mind. I do not think that's a good idea. We need to have self-control as all of our life is dependent on that amount of self control. While I know it's important to enjoy the process and all that good stuff, it should not come at the expense of structure. If I really want to step up to the challenge that she is giving me, I need to focus well. I need to know what's right and what's wrong.
So today, like every other day, we are not going to be talking about self control only. The reality is this. What really happens is this. When we are not watching porn, when we are not caught up with lust, we are able to give so much more. That's the first thing. The second thing is knowing that all of this is difficult. It's not going to be easy to sleep alone. It's not going to be easy to talk to yourself alone. It's not going to be easy to do any of these things alone. But the idea is this, if we are able to contain it through the phone, we will give it through certain other things. For example, helping the world become a better place.
Urges
The idea is this and the reality is this. Urges in our lives are natural. We are men. It's what keeps our species alive for thousands and thousands of years. Impulses are also natural. Due to these urges and giving in to the urges means that we are going to be defined by our impulses. However, that is also not good. When we give in to the impulses, we release. Remember masculine's satisfaction comes through release. It's either the fact that you watch porn and release or the release can come in the form of a bold thing that you do. I remember that when I was writing something extremely interesting about love, I released and became more and more valuable. It helped me become who I am. Now that's the important way to release.
Lust is just a form of energy. Like we all have said and we all know, lust, anger and greed leads to a down fall of a man. It's important to know that lust can be converted into creativity. The more you convert lust energy into energy that forms us man, you become powerful. Power comes by not reacting to your impulses, but through responding to it through conversion of energy. I am sure we will understand more and more as we go. But just know that conversion of energy from one from to the other is what we need.
Share your gift ritual
When you are living with the idea of sharing your gift, you will be able to live fully and really give to the world what's required. It can be anything, either your creativity, your writing, your code, your software, your anything. I have heard Srk say this one thing, that for him, in the 65 films that he has done, every film has taken a part of him and it's now the audiences. That is how I have also thought most of my life. Whenever I write these blogs, a part of me is taken and given to you the reader. So keep writing what you need to do and how you need to better your lives.
Boredom
I have understood that boredom is a beautiful part of life. It's so difficult to be bored in a world of constant stimulation. So that's why I would say be bored. It's okay to be bored. Boredom leads to creativity. Boredom leads to emotional stability. Boredom leads you to sports. Boredom leads you to physical activity. Boredom leads you to ping pong. All of these activities are really good for you. So well, it's okay to be bored. Boredom can also lead you to reading. Boredom can lead you to travelling.
Boredom leads to thoughtfulness as well
So we know that we need some space to think of a problem. To me we are paid for thinking and finding a solution to a problem and not anything else. That to me is the biggest part of the job. So when you are bored, you are not stimulated by TV, you are not stimulated by reels, you are really thoughtful. You are able to think and solve the problems with more depth and effectiveness. While I know, it's not always going to be easy to do this. But there are ways we will discuss later, but we have established that boredom leads to thoughtfulness.
Finding true connection
Your ability to connect with real individuals is strongly linked to the fact that how do you control lust. How do you control your energy, it might seep out of you otherwise. It might be overwhelming at times. However, we know that human connection in its true terms is about not being attracted to lust. Working on ourselves. Being real with ourselves. That is true connection. If we are having lust, we will get addicted to anger. That anger will introduce a lot of problems in life. I think greed and lust also go hand in hand. Greed is about wanting more and more. Our thirst will never be complete. So when your needs are getting satisfied with lust, you will never really look for a real connection. That to me is completely flawed. That's one reason why you should not really get into lust.
Lust channels energy into better things
It's normal for a man to have lust. In fact, women have lust too. But the major idea is this: You have to channel your lust into the right forms. Through lust and the same energy that powers lust, you can go and travel the world. You can read genres you always wanted to read. You can play table tennis with ultimate form of energy. You can play cricket with more energy. You can workout with more energy. Look it's not about diminishing the energy, it's about converting the energy into something positive. So well, it's lust, that we can convert and find better ways of creating and developing ourselves.
Non-stimulation leads to true dopamine
Imagine how much dopamine we get through activities that are interesting to us. For example, watching a YouTube video that is dopamine. Watching entertainment on tv is dopamine. Watching reels is free dopamine. If we start getting free dopamine, our brain will never work hard on what's important. It's about putting all your lust energy into something positive. Something creative and you will be extremely powerful. Power is not about a position, power is about self-discipline and how you hold yourself in pressure situations. Are you grounded or have you lost the ground? Are you leaking energy or are you having a container? Who you really are, is determined through these things in life.
The real high
The real high is not through having drugs or alcohol. The real high is about winning in life. The real high is about controlling your lust. The real high is about achieving something great in life. Nothing in the world can be compared to that. The real high is the fitter version of you. The real high is the more confident version of you, not that shows, but someone who is internally confident and sure of himself. The real high is the strong version of you. This person is unrecognisable. This person is magnetic. This person is powerful. Not because of the position he or she holds. But because he knows how to convert lust energy into its more creative forms. Writing. Creating music. Playing sports. Creating software. Creating designs. Understanding finance. Making your life better. All of it, is dependent on one thing. How you convert energy from one form to another.
Law of conservation of energy
I have learnt many laws in physics. But the most important of it all, is this: The law of conservation of energy. Which is that energy can neither be created nor be destroyed, it can only be transformed from one form to another. The law that is the greatest because it can be applied to our lives in the most beautiful way. First of all, it can be used in this fashion: Let's say your body has 100 Joules of energy.( I am sure its much more) but for simplicity, lets say you have 100 Joules. This is the energy that you have per day. Now suppose you have a lot of lust that's inside of you. Which is 60 Joules is lust. You know all of that energy is in your private parts. Now you got 2 options, to leak that energy through release. Or you can choose to convert that energy.
The other 40 Joules of energy that you have, you spend on work. You spend on eating. You spend on talking, etc. But that's your 40 joules of energy. Because you still have 60 joules, left, you can release it.That's option one. Or you can have the 60 joules get converted to a creative aspect of things. You can read, write, sing a song, play guitar, learn a new instrument, learn a new language, you can spend time with friends, all of these things that make you a better person. That to me is the math. Now this 60 Joules of energy when you spend daily, you will be so strong that you can not even imagine. Release in general makes you weaker. 60 Joules added for 365 days becomes how much. 60 * 365. 21, 900. That is quite a lot of energy utilised to make you better. That is a lot of energy to make you stronger. That is a lot of energy to get your best foot forward.
Men are builders
Throughout history men have either been fighters and we have gone for war. Or men have been builders who built things like the pyramids in Egypt and so on. Look around you, what do you see. For me I see, a table, a chair, a laptop, internet, software, sofa, people, bags, etc. But when I talk about all of these things, how have they come into the world? It's when someone made the chair. It's when someone gave away their lust energy to create sofa, someone gave away their lust energy to create software, someone gave away their lust energy to create bags, etc. All of it has been because there's been a structure to building. The chair has 4 legs, then a nice cushion and a back rest. Some chairs also has arm rest, but this one does not. So my point is that this was created by someone and that's why they were paid. One is not paid for Pani Puri, getting pani and puri, no one is paid when they create pani puri and feed it to someone. So the idea is that it's only through creation that we have earned money and respect in our society.
Your creation is your reflection
So the things that you create is a reflection of you. It reflects your personality. Your behaviour. Your thoughts. Your ability to develop creative thoughts. Your ability to sit with discomfort. Your good things. Your bad things. Are all your creations. I would again say to you my friend, convert your lust into something creative and there will be no person more powerful than you. Most of the world is distracted. If they are all distracted, that's where we can capitalise right.
